Professional, and courteous. No B.S. They did excellent work and were willing to work around any issues that arose mid project. Were meticulous in avoiding damage to my baseboard heating radiators, which were quite close to the floor. They Left the new concrete smooth and level. They were able to work in tight spaces around water heater/boiler furnace/well tank/water softener, and still make it look clean. Very impressed. They aren't going to be your choice if you are looking for the bare-bones cheapest solution. But if you want the job done right, I highly recommend them.

Jake and his crew from The Ohio Basement Company did incredible work, I am so happy with the sump pump system they installed. Not only did they do a great job, they left my basement in better condition than when they found it. Washer and Dryer were leveled and the framing that had to be removed was put back in better condition. Such a nice group of guys, I highly recommend them!!

Jake came right out, took a look at our foundation wall and knew what was needed to repair it. At first he told us it would be possible to schedule the work on a Saturday, but as it turned out they were able to complete it the same week he came out. Jake worked right along with his workmen. They did a wonderful job of correcting the bowed and cracked wall. The lifetime, transferable warranty was welcome news. The price was much less than anticipated. We would definitely hire them again.

Professional, Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable, Clean!! Hired The Ohio Basement Co to fix our flooding basement after we put a lot of money into digging outside of the foundation (another co) and suddenly after a few years we still had water pouring in every rain and once again we had a flooded non-useable basement. Jake/Chris explained their process after listening to our concerns and formed a plan - and there is no high pressure sales pitch â they are here to help you with your problem, and they do! Chris and Jake work in your home, not someone else. They show up on time daily, are professional and polite, and if you poke your head over their shoulder they explain what they are doing. You are proud to have them working in your home and they clean up when they are finished. Their Jack-hammers have a vacuum on them and there is very minimal dust if any- nothing like other companies forewarned us about their own work in their quotes. The last day the crew was finishing up and the torrential downpour beganâ ¦.and we listened and watched the new pump work down in the basement, saw the water pour outside our home at the drain end, and no water flooding our basement!. Proof that first day, and every rainfall since. Donâ t waste your hard earned money on other dirty, dusty, high-pressure companies, trust these guys to do their hard work in your home and be proud to gain your basement back as a useful and enjoyable foundation that has been lost due to a leaky basement structure.
