Having to go through water problems in a basement is stressful but I am so glad I went with this company. Every person I interacted with was competent and professional. Larry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly knowledgeable and contacted me regularly to check in. I had scheduled multiple quotes but Larry sold me instantly because of his knowledgeable and straightforward communication. Todd, the owner, was so kind and you can tell how thorough he is about the work he does. He took the time to explain things to me and even catch things outside their job scope to make me aware of. He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient. I could not have been more pleased with them or their work. I would highly recommend this company and the team they have assembled. Thank you for saving my home!

In all my years of hiring various contractors for work done on my own place, as well as for work done at some properites I managed for many years, (30)I have never had such excellent work done by any conractor. Not only did All Dry Basement honor their written estimate, they went beyond several times on other things not covered, but related. This was all done in Covid times. All workers were always unfailingly polite, respectful, neat, organized, prompt etc. Fill in the words of your choice for attributes that you would look for in a contactor, and you have a picture of All Dry basement people.

Excellent workmanship and top notch customer service! First Doug assessed the situation, answered all my questions and worked up a proposal with a couple solution options. Time was spent discussing each option and I was free to make a decision on what option I felt best fit my needs and my budget at the time. No high pressure sales or fast talking. Todd and his crew were professional, punctual and EXTREMELY hard working. When a minor glitch in the process occurred they promptly addressed it to get the project back on track. They were meticulous about clean up and left my basement neater than when they got there. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at All Dry Basement. They have set the bar extremely high for any future contractors I may higher and I highly recommend that you talk with them about any basement concerns.

Excellent... Our initial goal was to add a battery backup sump pump system to our crawl space, which takes the brunt of heavy rains. We mentioned to Todd that we were unhappy with the noise that the sump pumps (which are under our bedroom) make. He studied the problem and proposed a solution that would greatly reduce the noise with our existing sump plumbing. He and his team were professional and did an excellent job. He did the work at a fair price. We not only have our battery backup, but also a better balance of water flow and a much quieter bedroom. No more WHINE... THUMP... GURGLE.. GURGLE.. GURGLE... We are looking forward to many night's peaceful sleep.

They were very quick to come over for the estimate. They showed up on the date they gave us and completed the work in one day. They were on time and completely professional. Everything was explained and any problems were carefully described and solutions offered. We have a 200 year old house so there are always surprises. I would use them again in a heart beat.

It’s been 5 months since Todd and his crew encapsulated my crawl space but I wanted to wait to give a comprehensive review of their services and the outcome of their work. The short answer is: I’m thrilled! Here’s the story: Last summer I bought a small home which has a crawlspace. As soon as the weather turned humid I noticed a distinctly musty/earthy odor. When I had central air installed, all it did was exacerbate the situation by blowing the air from the crawlspace all over the house. To say I was distressed is an understatement. I wasn’t sure encapsulation was the answer but after calling around and doing some online research there didn’t seem to be any other obvious solutions. While I had built one new house (full basement) and gut renovated another (slab foundation) I found myself in new territory with an older home (60s) and a crawlspace. Doug came in and did a consultation. I had a lot of questions and deep dove the technical details. I’m sure it was trying for both Doug and Todd, but every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly (something other companies failed to do). I decided to go for a full encapsulation solution with a commercial humidifier, drain, and some underlayment in particularly rough areas. Todd (and his assistant Kyle) did outstanding work and every unexpected issue they encountered was handled quickly and professionally. When they found rotting wood forms that were left from when the concrete supports were poured, they pulled them out. When they found some rough areas of construction debris around the perimeter, they cleaned that out. And when Todd found some minor seepage in the corner of the crawlspace that he traced it to the outside where a downpipe was punctured and draining too close to the house, he went and bought some new downpipe and repaired it--charging me just for the materials. To say that these guys went above and beyond is an understatement. Any homeowner knows that feeling of having made a horrible mistake and I wasn’t sure the crawlspace issue could be fixed. Not only did Todd and his crew do an amazing job but they put me at ease throughout the process. They were punctual, tidy, thorough and just generally great to work with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! (Now if only I could find other contractors who are just as good…) P.S. The other reason I waited so long to write a review is that in my particular situation, there is little separation between the air of the crawl space and the rest of my small house. So after it was first encapsulated, there was a strong smell of… well kind of a mix between plastic and dryer sheets. It was not terribly unpleasant but distinct and noticeable (and I’m very sensitive to smells). If anyone else experiences this, I recommend buying a large fan for the crawlspace and using it periodically to move the air from the crawlspace out of the house and move fresh air in. (I bought a cheap contractor fan that pivots upwards and put it on a smart home remote). Over the course of a few months it dissipated and I’m thrilled to report that I don’t notice it at all now.

Todd, the owner of All Dry Basement, is professional, prompt, and pleasant. He worked efficiently and came when he said he would. He and his assistant, Josh, are hard workers and did an excellent job waterproofing our basement, including a crawlspace. The attention paid to detail was amazing. Todd is a perfectionist who obviously takes pride in his work. We are very pleased with the outcome. We appreciated Todd taking time to explain things when we asked questions and sharing his ideas on how best to take care of some tricky issues we hadn’t anticipated. Todd knows his business and we highly recommend him.

When I contacted All Dry I was gun shy. This would have been my 4th contractor I would have to deal with. All theee prior told me something completely different and tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge. From the get go, All Dry Basement made me feel extremely comfortable. Todd and his team answered my questions thoroughly and were always available for my questions . The work that was done was amazing, he was punctual everyday and worked some nights until 8pm until the work was completed. It is like a different world in the crawlspace, the smell is gone, all of the debris were cleaned out and. Brought to the dump, a vapor seal was installed, a dehumidifier for the moisture, one entryway to the crawlspace was closed up and the main entrance was re worked for easier access. Blocks from the foundation were grouted because the blocks were dead, , floor joists were spay flames and the House is now Warmer. I couldn’t be more please wth the quality of work All Dry Basement did at my home. They were professional and amazing and I would 100% recommend them. My stress level has decreased a million percent because after two years I found a company that was honest from the get go and their work shows it!!!! HIRE THEM FOR YOR CRAWLSPCE AND BASEMENT NEEDS. Do not look any further.

All Dry Basement came in and totally transformed a wet, muddy, miserable area into a clean, dry, usable area as a storage resource. Humidity levels were reduced to acceptable levels and my crawl space is now a beautiful, spotless area. Todd and the All Dry Basement crew were on time, pleasant, honest, hard working, reliable and amazing in regards to this project. I cannot say enough to express my faith in this company and the work they do.

While starting a renovation project in the basement, we found standing water underneath the stair case to the basement. We call All-Dry and they were magnificent from start to finish. A gentlemen cam to our home, diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. Todd called the day before to let use know what time he would arrive to start the work. Todd and Kyle arrived on time and ready to work. The project was discussed a few changes were made. Both Todd and Kyle worked very hard and cleaned up every night before going home. Todd answered all of our questions and was very meticulous about his work. We will use this company again as they have a flooring solution for our basement as well.

The sump hole was excavated quickly and the piping was measured and placed after some demo was done to the basement ceiling to allow the piping to be connected. There was some trouble with the piping not wanting to stay connected on the first test, so some adjustments needed to be made. All debris and rubble was cleaned up and removed prior to the job being completed. In my opinion All Dry Basement was very professional and knowledgeable and kept my interests as the customer at the forefront during the entire job.
