"Not good. They had this piece for nearly 8 months. Calls to find out the status were not returned until I sent an email to Dennis. I had been told by another that this is a problem. The big issue with the chest was that a burl veneer panel was much darker than the other panels. Dennis assured he could fix. Ian (his son) told me he had personally sanded out the darker stain. Dennis later told me he had to replace the veneer all together. He used Olive wood veneer not the original Walnut. You don't do this without consulting with the owner! They didn't. The panels do not match to our satisfaction. I expressed these concerns to them in an email but got no response. Note, we really like these guys otherwise. We had given them two pieces prior that we were happy with."
