 + -1 moreInstallers arrived on time. Moved furniture to remove old padding and carpeting. Scrapped floor to remove staples and swept area before installing new padding and carpeting. Once a room was finished they put back the furniture and went on to the next room and continued this process until the job was finished. There were a few nicks in the wall and furniture but overall the workers were patient, courteous, professional and worked very hard with the end result in having performed an excellent job. The carper looks beautiful.

 + 0 moreProfessional, friendly service from a walk in question, to information regarding the type of carpet best for my needs. Fair pricing and excellent installation.
Description of Work: Stopped into BUSH FLOORING on Elmwood Avenue in Kenmore with a few questions regarding vynel flooring installation. Salesman made an appt. and arrived on time. He was very helpful with my dilemma. He provided me with the materials he had in stock, measured the area and made important suggestions regarding price etc. He helped me make an important decision. First and foremost that I was capable to "do it myself" however, I did not have the right materials. Also to do what I wanted, it was not close to cost effective to do what I wanted at this time, if I had my hallway floor professionally installed. I was grateful for his honesty. A few weeks went by, and I needed to install a commercial grade carpet in an apt. He showed me exactly what I needed. I went to several competetiors. They were showing me Olifn (spelling may be incorrect) which is a sort of recycled plastic and had only a 5 year wear warranty. Bush carpeting was patient. After I did all my price and quality comparison, their product was not only excellent, but cost effective. The installers had 30 years experience. They were professional, friendly and compliemented BUSH's professionalism to a tee. I would and will work with this company again in the future for my flooring needs. Thank you BUSH!

 + -1 moreWe went to the Kenmore store and had good experiences with the staff, who were patient and helpful. Explained the difference in quality and the best value carpets. We were planning to have wall to wall carpet installed and staff member met us at our home to measure the rooms, but we ran into a problem because our old, wooden bedroom doors would have to be cut to fit the carpet. They could find someone to cut the doors, but we decided it was getting too expensive, so we measured only for area carpets (leaving about a 2 foot space around the border of the room). Carpets and pads were delivered to the store and we picked up from there. The carpets have held up well so far. I would recommend this company; probably somewhat more expensive than something like Home Depot, but customer service is better and quality is somewhat better (though admittedly it is hard for me to judge).
Description of Work: Bought two area carpets with pads; had the carpets cut to fit room dimensions.
