Installers arrived on time. Moved furniture to remove old padding and carpeting. Scrapped floor to remove staples and swept area before installing new padding and carpeting. Once a room was finished they put back the furniture and went on to the next room and continued this process until the job was finished. There were a few nicks in the wall and furniture but overall the workers were patient, courteous, professional and worked very hard with the end result in having performed an excellent job. The carper looks beautiful.

We went to the Kenmore store and had good experiences with the staff, who were patient and helpful. Explained the difference in quality and the best value carpets. We were planning to have wall to wall carpet installed and staff member met us at our home to measure the rooms, but we ran into a problem because our old, wooden bedroom doors would have to be cut to fit the carpet. They could find someone to cut the doors, but we decided it was getting too expensive, so we measured only for area carpets (leaving about a 2 foot space around the border of the room). Carpets and pads were delivered to the store and we picked up from there. The carpets have held up well so far. I would recommend this company; probably somewhat more expensive than something like Home Depot, but customer service is better and quality is somewhat better (though admittedly it is hard for me to judge).
