Ordered 2 adirondack chairs from them. They were made well.

Approximately 3 weeks later, Fox called and stated our items were ready and I arranged to have them deliver them the next week. Everything went well. The products were delivered on the stated date and I am very satisfied with both the potter's bench and the bar table. Both items were very well made. I purchased the items in treated cedar. They are a great addition to our backyard. I plan to order more furniture in the future.

It's very good except for one small problem. The oak had popped off from the body of the bolt and I think it was because it was under stress or tension. I did bring it to their attention, but they haven't repaired it so far. It's not a big deal. It shouldn't be repaired and it's not going to fall down because of it. It would probably cost them $50 or something to replace it. They haven't done anything about it so far, but it hasn't affected the usability of the gazebo either. It's one of the 200 bolts that are used to put everything together. Their price was fair. It's a minor thing, but their quality and responsiveness has fallen down a little bit. They were right on time. Their professionalism was very good.

Ron was responsive to my contact. He was on time for his visit and gave wonderful service at an extraordinarily reasonable price.
