Their pricing was competitive compared to other movers and they were very agreeable to my request. Pricing was handled by their main location in Buffalo; all arrangements were communicated clearly and confirmed with me in in advance. The movers were incredibly precise and skilled in removing and transporting such a heavy unit. They did so without one blemish to my home.

Everything went without a hitch. They were timely. You should plan ahead and make a reservation, as they can be busy and you might not get them the day you need them if you don't plan ahead.

The crew (3 men) arrived exactly on time and had the piano out of the house and on the truck in 15 minutes. They're real pros at this, and got the piano up the stairs and set up equally quickly. Very pleasant fellows. We found some minor dings where the lid had shifted and Illos fixed that without charge. All-in-all, a satisfactory experience.
