It went very good until I paid them. I would like to have the zones fix. The external temperature fix and two of the pipes that were not done properly to be fixed.

"Job is completed. Customer wants a price to repipe the 1st floor zone a different way. There are multiple Ways to pipe a hot water boiler. We did this to satisfaction. Customer was with the guys for every aspect of job and we had to do everything the way he wants and he approved of it. He also has other work he wants us to do but after dealing with all of this we think he should find someone else. Also the pipes he wants to move are existing. He wants me to give him a price for all of this but he is a very hard person to please and I don’t think We are a good fit to do his work"

After my old boiler did not function anymore I called Hempstead Plumbing and Heating immediately. A representative quickly responded and evaluated my problem. Within an hour he negotiated a replacement. To my surprise the very next day the boiler was delivered and installed in a courteous and professional manner. I am pleased and happy with my new boiler. If anyone have problems with their boiler I highly recommend Hempstead Plumbing and Heating and ask for Chris at 917-502-2004 Their prices are reasonable and negotiable. Thank you Chris for keeping me and my family warm during the cold winter months.
