He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. "Hired Mr Tech for a large commercial project which entailed running and setting up 80 computers, running network cabling for them to a server room. Setting up and connecting servers, patch panels and switches, 80 VoIP office phones, access points, ceiling speakers and 36 ip cameras across a 10,000 feet location. The work was completed over a month ago but I wanted to wait a while to make sure there were no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly.
