I have been doing business with Austin Plumbing for nearly a decade. The owner (Michael) and his team have worked on several of my buildings in Manhattan. They have done everything from replace large boiler, sewer site lines, lift stations, gas leaks and so much more. Always am satisfied with the work they do for me and know Michael will always make sure the job done right. It says a lot to me seeing the owner of a business whiling to get his dirty on every job. You can tell his team respects him. Work has always been completed on time and within budget. Every job has been up to NYC code and passed inspection. Highly recommend Austin Plumbing & Heating

The process was pretty smooth. ConEdison’s inspections were problematic but the plumbing part of it was simple. Mike and the crew installed the boiler all in 2 days. The building department inspection was passed on the first try. Mike and his crew made every inspection on time. I would hire again if I had to do plumbing work.
