"They came and gave us an estimate and we went to pick the colors and parts. Things then came to a halt. It turned out that the shower that we wanted was on back order (it was caused by manufacturing problems.) They didn't call to let us know about that, we had to call. The delay was several months and we had to call to find out any information. We finally got a call that the materials were in and that they would start the next week. Everything went well after that."
