They came and gave us an estimate and we went to pick the colors and parts. Things then came to a halt. It turned out that the shower that we wanted was on back order (it was caused by manufacturing problems.) They didn't call to let us know about that, we had to call. The delay was several months and we had to call to find out any information. We finally got a call that the materials were in and that they would start the next week. Everything went well after that.

Met with Patrick to review work that was needed to be completed prior to welcoming a new tenant. Paint the entire home, trim work, plumbing, electrical and new doors hung. Patrick gave me what I felt was a fair and reasonable quote and ensured that he would have the work completed within 3 weeks. Patrick's supervisor and team leader (Eric) did a fantastic job!!! All of the work was performed up to and in some cases exceeded expectations. They were punctual, neat and kept in constant communication with me which was key since I live over 200 miles away from the property. The new tenants were extremely impressed with their new home. I've dealt with many contractors over the years, but none as honest and reasonable as CNY Home Improvements. I recommend them without hesitation.

This job was by no means easy. We have a very small master bathroom and it needed to be completely redone. We contracted CNY through lowe's. At first there were no major issues, but then they stretched 3 weeks beyond when they said it would be done. Also, we have had major problems with the bathroom since. We've had to ask CNY to come back out to fix many different things. The ceiling wasn't done correctly and was peeling, the shower floor started to crack, the shower piece itself wasn't installed correctly, and the ceiling vent wasn't working, just to name a few things. All of these things shouldn't be a problem for a long standing company like this. Not that they are a bad company but I would never use them for a bathroom again.

We contracted them to do needed repairs on our house before we moved back in from renting it out for a while. They were willing to work with us and try to do all the work with a short dead line. They tried but didn't finish in time for us to move it. That was fine, We knew that was a possibility. What was a problem was that we arrived at the house the night before the moving truck was to arrive to find the the entire living room full of freshly painted base boards, tools, trim for the windows and doors, caulk and an assortment of other things. In our 866 sq ft house the living room is most of the space. It was going to be a huge problem when the movers arrived. We called immediately to the project supervisor. I guess there was some confusion about when we said we would be moving in, we meant we would be completely moving in and living in the house. Anyway, someone was in the house by 7:00 am and cleared the living room and made sure we had use of the house except one bedroom for moving in. They continued to work while we moved in and finished the work the next business day. Overall, we were happy with how everything went and how everything turned out.

outstanding it took extra time and they took the time and only charged me 100.00 for about four extra hours of work and material.

One surprize-They had to dig almost 3 feet to prove to the town of Clay that my porch was built on a foundation (for permit purposes). They weren't planning on that, but it did not increase my price by alot, he just charged me the guys hourly rate. I am very picky, had supplied them with a picture of a porch that I had seen and loved. They did a really nice job of copying most of the features of the porch for me on mine, with a few improvements, like the composite beadboard, and the pitch of the roof obviously was different on mine, given the size of my porch. We were absolutely pleased and satisfied with the final product. They worker they sent out was very nice and easy to deal with. He was on the job site promptly at 8 am every morning so I could touch base with him before I left for work. He cleaned up the job site every day before he left. He clarified what I wanted when there was any question about that....He worked more than a full day, a few days he was there almost 10 hrs. They got it built in 4 days. The porch has a ton of curb appeal, looks very solidly built and the workmanship was excellent. This company is very pleasant to deal with, they do not gouge you, they don't give you one price and then tack on all kinds of add ons as the job progresses, and when things did come up, the price was adjusted in a very competitive and fair manner.

It went very well. It was a little bit slow going because we complicated the project by getting estimates for the door install as well as a porch build. So there was some back and forth for awhile, while we made up our mind on both. Then they had to special order the door, which took 4-6 weeks. The actual install went great, they reused my brass door handle and lock set and storm door, and the work was impeccable. The new door looks great, closes tightly, the storm door is back on. It was very easy to deal with Ron and Roger (owners?) and the crew they sent out were very pleasant to deal with.
