They had a piece of equipment that they installed that they have had to replace with brand new units twice, because the manufacture had sold them defective articles. It was at no cost. When I call to get an estimate, the owner of the company himself came out. He spent an hour/hour and a half on looking over everything, with me. I showed him what my concerns were and he showed me the actual problem that existed and what would need to be done. He gave me a blow by blow estimate, a written estimate as well as verbal. He told me the time frame that would be required and who would be here, just everything. From that point on we did hire him and everything that he had told me initially was true.
