He discovered that one fan was not working and recalibrated the other so that it is now working properly. It alleviated the concerns we had about the problem. He discovered a leakage problem and recommended getting a roofer to come to take care of it. He did not charge a thing for this most recent visit. I can't praise them enough. They are professional in what they do, considerate of the property and helpful to a great extent."
