"Met with Ian to discuss our project. He seemed professional and knowledgeable and like he was excited to work on the job. He requested a check to secure our spot in the schedule and have an engineer work on the drawing. After a few weeks, I reached out for an update and was told things were moving along and we were still on target for the start we discussed. I attempted to reach out again to see about drawings since start date was a month away. The phone number isn?t in service and no response to texts or emails. Drawings? Nope. Building permit? Nope. Money? Gone."

"It was excellent, I had one of your Contractors working in my house for two jobs now, Sheetrocking my Dining room and Remodeling my Bath. I have nothing negative to say about him. Larry Downer is not fast or slip-shod. He is meticulous in his work, and asked daily if I like what he has done, and do I have any complaint which in all good conscience I must say not a single one. I like that his wife help as well. That shows Family pride. And he absolutely takes pride in his work. He's not cheap, but in the contracting field you get what you pay for. He is very fair priced, not overprice at all. He is prompt, professional, courteous and honest. I would recommend (Larry) for any job he takes on. I couldn't asked for a better experience.
