They are also great with the administrative stuff. They were able to obtain building permits and inspections and still work within an unbelievable time frame (my prior experience with contractors was largely dominated by delays . . and any excuse would do).
While not inexpensive, Pember is a great value. Our new stairs and porch will most likely outlive us. The work was done in an incredibly timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Pember is my go-to place for future construction needs.
