"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. A power outage at our house over a weekend caused a lot of damage to various motors throughout the house. Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed not only that, but helped my husband get other things restarted as well (water filter and hot water heater) before he left. "The service person came promptly and was able to install the faucet and a trash disposal unit that had been taken out when the countertop was replaced.  There was a slight adjustment that needed to be made in the piping for the trash disposal unit.  Everything was done in a professional manner.  However, the price was a bit high in my opinion to just put back what was disconnected.
