The owner of this company, Dean, is a complete piece of s*** Please do your research in finding the right company if you are having water issues in your home. Stay far away from this company. I contacted Dean because I had a water issue inside my home. He came over and told me that I was going to need to have an interior drainage system installed. He gave me a price and agreed to have the work done. When the work was completed he tried charging me more than what he had quoted me. His guys did a shitty job re-cementing the floor. They did not speak any English at all. They left a wide gap open along the walls. Dean claimed that it was left open so that water would not get into the floor. It looks very sloppy. Fast forward to our first heavy rain since having the drains installed. The gap that was left opened filled with debris and caused the drains to get clogged and water all over my floor. I contacted Dean several times to correct the issue and he never came. I have the messages to prove it. He is very unprofessional and a f****** scammer. The quote he gave me says the work has a 15 year warranty. He did not even honor the warranty just a few weeks after the job was done. Now I am going to have to find another company to come in and fix the shitty work he did. Make no mistake, I will definitely be filing a law suit. Stay far away from this guy and his company. You will get scammed.

Purchased our home in September 2021 and reached out to Dean after 2 incidents with water in our basement this April. He came over the next day and took his time not only inspecting the basement but the exterior of the house as well. He sent a detailed proposal with various options we could chose from, both internal and external. I really appreciated that he wasnâ  t trying to overcharge us, but rather allow us to â  pick and chooseâ  what we wanted to do for our budget. His team of workers were professional, considerate and got the job done quickly. Although dusty, which he warned me about a few times and as expected, I am actually shocked how clean they were able to keep the house after all the drilling and the buckets after buckets of drilled out concrete removed from the basement. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and does great work. It stormed this morning and for the first time in months I wasnâ  t frantically checking my basement for water. Thank you again, Dean!

Dean and his team are very professional. I had them install a sump pump in my basement that flooded Christmas morning. The day after dean came over and gave us a quote and was able to start work immediately. They were extremely fast and efficient. i am 77 years old and have had a few plumbers work in the house but i can honestly say that dean maiorano is by the the most effeicient knowlegable and caring of all of them and his price was very reasonable for the project that he completed, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work and i certainly will mention his name to anyone in my neighborhood in rye brook who needs a plumber. Dean team installed an exterior foundation drainage system and waterproof the foundation for our house. Dean is trustworthy, the crews were hard-working and professional, and I am so far happy about the end results after a few heavy rains.

Dean did 2 jobs for me. He waterproofed my basement and rebuilt a sewage trap door in my garage. What a professional! He showed up on time, finished the job within budget and within the timeframe promised and did a fantastic job! He was easy to communicate with during the process and kept me updated. I strongly recommend Dean and his team!

Called Dean with an emergency on a raining Sunday after turning to Angieâ s List to get my sump pumps working. Had never used him before. He came immediately. He got 2 of 3 working and replaced the third. Got everything set back up and running. Charged me only $150 ona Sunday plus the cost of the new sump pump, which was about the same as the last time I got a new pump from a plumber. Knows his stuff, friendly and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Dean and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job. They replaced the retaining walls of our driveway, replaced the steps from street level to our yard, replaced our concrete walkway, and the steps to our front door. Dean is a great person to work with. He did everything we asked and then some. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will definitely hire him for any additional work.
