"I was installing a swim spa which has a very similar installation as a spa. They were very courteous and they showed up on time. The pricing however was very high. They quoted me for a subpanel that I did not need and tried to sell me a 3rd subpanel because they said the one the swim spa manufacturer gave me did not have enough slots for another breaker but there were actually 4 slots and the swim spa only uses 2. I would give a word of caution to anyone who doesn't know anything about electrical installations and definitely get 2 more quotes as they were 276% more than my next highest quote. I didn't believe this was a case of you get what you pay for but just a case of tacking on extra work that didn't need to be done. With that said I felt they did know how to run electrical and they probably do a nice job judging by other reviews, at that price they should."

"Flotechs installed a new tankless heating and water system in my home. All while converting the home from oil to natural gas. The job was very large including the removal of a very large and very old furnace. They took care of every detail and were straight forward with pricing which was beyond fair given the size of the job. The entire team was professional and courteous and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete everything. There was zero stress on my part. The new system is amazing with the hot water on demand and heat in the house works great. Zero issues. And now no large furnace and water tank in the basement has created a ton of extra space for storage. Amazing job by Josh and the entire team at Flotechs. "Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

Was having signs of seepage in my basement and floor was buckling, First met with Bob who evaluated my situation and made recommendation to add additional drainage to my existing system , replace concrete floor and put a vapor barrier along the walls . Estimate was reasonable and flexible. Foreman Gibson arrived on time each day and kept me informed on progress. they were professional, courteous and left area clean at the end of each day. When as issue came up and that was beyond any ones control. Roland the owner came that day and addressed it . near the end Gibson noticed that my existing sub pump was damaged by some debris and replaced it immediately at their expense. My basement is clean and dry ."
