There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

Radical Renovations (Angelo) was recommended to us by N & S Supply in Kingston and I'm SO happy we hired him! He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. Plus, the crew who he brought in to work with him was also pleasant and professional. I would absolutely hire Angelo again...in fact I already am!"

"Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. "Mark took a deposit from me and then never followed up on submitting the proposal I signed to my co-op and getting approval. Finally almost a year later, I asked for the deposit back, and he said he would mail immediately after briefly trying to convince me to still let him do the job, because it was simply "out of sight out of mind". That was 2 years ago. I'm filing a small claims case against him/the company tomorrow."

"I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. They are VERY NEAT workers, always cleaning as they go. They’re reliable, trustworthy and you can tell they aren’t just in it for the money. Humberto is really compassionate."
