Professional, Personable, High Quality Work. Little bit of a glitch at start but Bill was responsible and adaptable. If you want a very high level of quality/reliability, Bill's your man. But it is not inexpensive.

We sent him pictures of the old heater, he quoted a price which he held firm to regardless of the extra he did, and showed up on time. He advised of an HVAC problem that should be addressed quickly, as well, that he found on the job.

He did not have a long snake, charged for first unsuccessful try then came out second day. Talked about breaking up our slab floor, etc. Left second Bill and left. Unsuccessful. My husband kept trying and got it opened up. Would not hire again.

Bill was professional, knowledgeable and willing to share expertise allowing us to make some more involved repairs ourselves. I would certainly recommend him. I recently saw a sign above the Chardon Theatre where they thanked him as well. Word is spreading.

Leaking connection was replaced and the drainage hose, which had been incorrectly installed by the dishwasher installer, was properly routed for better drainage. Bill answered my call gave me a time estimate and a secondary call to confirm he was on schedule. He arrived within his time estimate. He worked efficiently and ran several checks to make sure there were no leaks. Should I need a plumber in the future I would call him.

We always call Bill when we require plumbing work - we would not use anyone else. Bill always returns calls if he's not able to answer immediately and takes the time to ask questions and give advice before coming out to the property. He is always willing to come out as soon as he can and arrives on time, every time. He does a great job, explains what he has done and shares his knowledge with us. He is polite, friendly and professional. We are so glad we have found a reliable person to contact for all our plumbing work.

Mr Conti called back promptly and came out a day or two after my initial phone call regarding a gas line valve that I wanted to change. The gas line ultimately didn't need to be serviced but he looked at the garage disposal which had burnt out bearings and was rusted. He ordered the high end disposal that we chose and came back and installed the disposal, removed the old one and did some additional toilet repairs that we needed. Mr. Conti is very cordial and professional and works quickly and efficiently. He also is knowledgable and gives good advice about possible economical solutions to plumbing problems. His charges are reasonable and fair. We plan on using his services in the future and highly recommend him.

Bill was great. He worked around our schedule, was on time, and went a over and beyond expectation. He made honest recommendations and suggestions for safety and value of our home. He worked quickly but the work was professional and correct. I highly recommend Bill.

I tried to install myself and could not do it and Bll came after his work day to finish. He saved the day!!

Bill took a look at the job and gave me all the options. If he did everything, if I wanted to do the demolition, if I wanted to buy the fixtures and so on. He was very upfront and personable as well. Once we figure out the layout and where we want things to go, we will be calling Bill to do the work.

Mr. Conti failed to respond to the communication method he suggested. I gave him 4 calendar days to respond but still nothing. Obviously he does not need my business

Called Bill mid-morning when I realized my water pump was not working. He said he would be out that day after he finished the job he was working on. Kept in touch with me during the day and arrived around 7:30 that evening. I was surprised and delighted to have someone willing to help at that hour (set my mind at ease). What Bill discovered was that I had additional issues that required an electrician. Under no uncertain terms would he go ahead with my water pump installation until I had the proper electrical issues corrected. He steered me to some other contacts and gave me a heads up on the type of pump to purchase ... because I asked him what would be a good pump. Now I need an electrician first and then a plumber and coordinate the two with their busy schedules to get my water problem solved. I was able to find one individual to do both ... I really hope this turns out well. Final analysis, I would call Bill first with any other "plumber" issues that might come up in the future. I found him helpful, punctual, concerned and professional.

We had a home inspection and the inspector alerted me of a "minor" gas leak under the range. I immediately contacted Bill Conti at around 7:20 pm on a Wednesday. Bill answered the call (I didn't even need to leave a message) and informed me he was at another job and would come by when he was finished. He later called me when he was on his way and he arrived around 8:45 pm. He quickly diagnosed the leaks were coming from around the threads on the pipe fittings. The original installer of the range never applied thread sealant (meaning the leak has been there for over 8 years)! Bill applied thread sealant and retested to make sure the leaks had stopped. He also turned the range back on to make sure it was working properly prior to leaving. Thank you for your quick, honest, and courteous visit!

I called, left message and Bill called within a half hour at about 3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. He happened to be about a half hour away and said he would come over to see the issue. (For months I've had a new in the box water heater in our garage which I was going to have installed due to separate issues that I had with the one I have, however had not done. The heater was given to me from a friend and I wasn't sure of the quality.) He was very personable on the phone and I was amazed that he would take a detour from his day to come over being a half hour away. I was figuring it would be a day or two and I would have to figure out how to re-arrange my showering schedule! Bill took a look at the ignition issue, as well as taking a look at the water heater I had in the box. I needed to decide if it was worth fixing the ignition issue or just having the new heater installed. The heater in the box, while new, was manufactured 11 years ago and while it probably would have worked fine, it was outdated. He said he was happy to install it but without knowing how it had been stored, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak, nor was there any manufacturers warranty on it. His work, however he would guarantee. He then found out the issue with the ignition which was very minor and fixed it, and I decided to replace the heater at a later date with a newer model than the one I had, as it needed it anyways...BUT he was really informative on the new heaters to buy. He did not try to sell me anything, and further gave me a list of parts needed that I could get on my own along with a new heater, if I chose to get, and he would come and install it for me. His charge for that was only 80 bucks an hour and he supposed that would be under 2 hours. What a great service experience. I have other plumbing issues, while minor, and will use Bill in the future; not only for the new water heater but all my plumbing needs. In addition, I will be recommending him to friends family and business associates.

Bill was very clear on the issue and cause and fixed the problem. He even made an adjustment to my toilet water level to reduce water usage with some suggestion on ways to improve efficiency (and not just for a sale). Bill's charged rate was very reasonable. I had mentioned I found him on Angie's list when I first contacted him. He brought up after completing the job that I had a discount for using Angie's list! This wasn't the most expensive plumbing repair that I've had or will have and I am willing to pay what is appropriate (everybody has to make a living) Based on his actions I feel I can trust Bill for my future needs and would give him my future business. I have never been compelled to go through the trouble of a testimonial until now.

I called Bill to see if he could take a look at our leaking water tank. He was able to come that same day and diagnose the problem quickly, very fast response. He ordered the new tank the following day and it was delivered 2 days later and installed the following day. All in all the whole process took 4 days I think. Bill is very responsive, very professional and a very nice guy. I would use Bill again and would recommend him to anyone needing a plumbing service

I had an amazing experience, the service was performed as told, in more than a timely manner, isn't out to just take your money. I highly recommend bill!!

We've had no problems with it. He gave us the name and address of a distributer that he thought would have a faucet to match my sink. He also gave us some tips on how to take care of our new faucet. He was very pleasant.

Mr. Conti was quick to reply to the initial request, and very flexible (patient) with the repair date / time as the tenant in the unit had to move things around in order for the repair to get done. He is knowledgeable about repairs as he's been in the industry for many years. He quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and proceeded with the repair after discussing the cost. When the repair was complete, he tested to ensure it wasn't leaking. He used high quality parts in the repairs. He then proceeded to offer suggestions to keep the damage from happening again, which is a rarity. He is a sincere and honest man that stands behind his work. I will recommend him to my friends and colleagues that need any plumbing repaired. He went above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Conti is willing to get the job done without complaint, even at late hours of the evening. He also offered a military discount which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Bill cancelled plans with his family to come out immediately on a Saturday afternoon. What I thought to be a burst pipe was actually a leaky drain and a frozen pipe. He warrantied a cartridge in my Moen faucet that was not originally installed by him. He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me the old parts, he even offered to shovel snow over my open crawl space vents to help the wind from blowing in and adding to the freezing. Would definitely recommend.
