Get matched with top bird control service pros in Tuckahoe, NY

"The owner came himself three days in a row even on Easter Sunday. The nursing-squirrel was trapped but not harmed. Then the brood was removed without harm and placed in a nesting box and then the mother was reunited with the brood. She then, as the owner explained to me would take them elsewhere. The owner also put a small grill over superfluous exhaust duct which was the entry-point of the squirrel. There was next to no damage in opening the soffit to extract the liter (five baby squirrels)."

"I had a great experience with this pest control company. Frank and Bryan were able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough they sealed up my entire home inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. They answered all my questions and made the whole process stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues!"

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"They are gone!! We appreciated him so much we hired him on as exterminator for a company we own."

"Modern Day Pest Control professionalism cannot be matched in my opinion. Based on my experience they displayed perfect punctuality and work quality for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend!"

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"They were professional right from the start. They removed contaminated insulation and replaced all the insulation in the attic. They sealed up all entry points, so no more bats/squirrels can get in. I would certainly recommend RodentX!"

"They did a very thorough inspection. He was professional and made me feel comfortable with his expertise. I would definitely hire him again."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
