This way our customers can meet our technician first, then we can look around the establishment to find out what the exact problem is. This ensures our customers that we know what the problem is, where it is coming from, how we will fix it and how much money the job will cost. We are equipped to get rid of major infestations to minor ones. We can get rid of any pests inside or outside of your home or business. We are a humane trapping business. We secure sturdy box traps for mammals like raccoons, skunks, squirrels, rats, etc. After the animal is securely in the trap we will send a worker to the customers home to retrieve it and take it away. No more animals ruining your garden or rummaging through your garbage. We offer one time, monthly, quarterly and annual contracts. Call or email us!

We couldn’t be more pleased with ECO Pest Control’s handling of our attic squirrel issues. The squirrels are gone. The access they had to our attic was fixed so no more can get in. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner and well worth the cost. A big plus was knowing that the animals were humanely treated both in the trapping and in the relocating a sufficient distance from our home. Finally a pleasure working Lee, a real gentleman!

Lee is fantastic, shows up when he said he would, on top of project , returned numerous times to check traps , remove animals and shear up holes squirrels raccoons so they do not enter house again. The folks are running this business to scam homeowners They overcharge for the work, offered warrantee and when called back before the warrantee period the owners refused to abide by the warrantee. DO NOT HIRE THEM

"Hello I am sorry to hear your disappointment. But again like our technician told you when he came back out to your home and talked to you on the phone, our work is under warranty not a new hole. We can not give you a warranty on your whole roof. We only warranty the work for the hole we fixed we did not/can not warranty a hole that was not there when we started nor finished the job. Also to call us scammers is wrong and false. We purposely do not take the final payment until there is no activity, the hole openings securely closed and the customer (you) are happy. You paid us the final balance because you were happy with our work and no longer"

We rehired RM ECO for the 2nd time in 3 years for squirrel issues on the roof. They came and it was fixed. But then it happened again. They came a 2nd time to refix. I also asked to them to fix a skylight leak, for which they applied silicone and tar. The skylight kept on leaking with every rain, and they kept on coming applying silicone and more silicone. There was not a single time they diagnosed the proper issue and refused the work. They sent an invoice without itemized totals, and now they refuse to provide money back for the faulty sklylight repair. Please make sure you get an itemized invoice from them, with line items specifying what the problem is and what solution is being offered. This is to save you from unpleasantries in the future. I will never hire them again.

"Sorry to hear your issues but again we are a pest control company. We took care of your squirrel issue. We tried to help you by applying silicone to your skylight which had gaps. Which we did. We never told you it would definitely stop your leak. Again we do animal trapping not roofing also we did not even charge you extra for the silicone. We did a bundle deal for you which was itemized. If you wanted the price itemized we could have done that for you too if you just asked."

I hired this company to help me get rid of some squirrels I had living in a corner of my attic that I could not access from inside the house. Lee and Regina were both knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The squirrels were quite persistent, but they came multiple times to ensure that they weren't coming in through any other access points. When we were confident that the squirrels were no longer getting in, they repaired the damage and added reinforcement to the soffits to ensure they wouldn't return. So far, so good. Nothing since they finished the job weeks ago - and I've definitely seen those squirrels running around the area. Would recommend.

After many months of futile attempts to remove raccoons from my attic, I contacted Mr. Lee Kennerly. He responded within minutes and was at my home later that day. He evaluated the situation and after giving me a fair and reasonable estimate for the necessary services, Mr. Kennerly set out traps. As promised, he returned each day to send video/photographic updates, check the traps, remove any captured animals and/or reset the traps. Mr. Kennerly fulfilled â completely- what he and I had agreed upon. Mr. Kennerly is an experienced, knowledgeable, communicative, neat and clean professional who was respectful of my property and concerns. His prices are fair. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Lee Kennerly to anyone who has a concern or problem with animal control issues.

Free estimate,quick response,understand pest behaviour.Able to catch the squirrel from my house basement apt.Lee Kennerly also a good contractor.After resolving the squirrel problem from the ceiling of my house extension area he did the entire wall squirrel proof as per my request.I recommend them for similar problem. Update on my above review dated 9/17/2019.Few days after the above work I noticed water leaking from inside top siding,then noted water entered the wall inside wall was wet and the hole in roof was not closed with flashing.Hired another contractor and did the external wall again few days later and complained to Home Advisor.Today they said they cannot do anything as I hired him private.My advice to anyone please do not trust any pros from Home Advisor as they do not screen them.Anyway I lost the money and learned the lesson.I made a mistake in hiring pros through Home Advisor.Giving him two star as he did the first part catching the squirrell.
