The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself. This is the best of both worlds for me, because it allows me to make the choice between saving money or saving myself the trouble. He also discussed the construction and certain new home features, and provided multiple photos taken of the home. it was a pleasure working with him.

The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place.

I called after finding the information on Angie's list. Asked whether they honored the coupon and he said they did. I make an appt. and the tech showed up on time. When he gave me the bill, I told him I had the coupon. He called the manager who said they had already took off a discount. I told him that he had informed me that the coupon was in addition to the price noted on the internet. He disputed that, but then condescendingly told me he's giving me a 2nd break by taking the coupon. The tech went through my home for holes and blocked them. He was quite messy and with the foam. At one point he told me he couldn't reach a hole under my kitchen counter and asked my teen to administer the treatment. A week later, there were still mice. They came back. About 2 weeks later, I followed a mouse into an untreated hole. I called and was lectured about the expiration of the warranty. They sent a trainee tech. Today I still have mice. I wasted $155 and got a nasty looking foam over my home.

MANY FACTORS GO INTO MICE THRIVING IN AN ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING EXTERNAL FACTORS THAT WE CANNOT CONTROL. MICE GNAW DAILY TO KEEP THEIR TEETH SHORT. WE TELL ALL OF OUR CLIENTS THAT RODENT CONTROL IS DIFFERENT THAN INSECT CONTROL. IT REQUIRES MONITORING UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS TAKEN CARE OF. THE UNFORTUNATE REALITY IS THAT LONG-TERM SERVICE WOULD HAVE COST THE MEMBER MORE TIME AND MONEY. I AM HAPPY TO OFFER HER A FREE CONSULTATION TO DETERMINE A LONG-TERM STRATEGY TO KEEPING HER LOCATION MICE FREE."

Miguel used a very toxic powder in the ceiling and in holes in the floors and walls, and we found this poisonous powder all over our bedsheets, our child's toys, etc., because he was not professional enough to insert it without it billowing out into the room. He used gloves of course for his own protection, but then after handling the powder he touched things without removing the gloves, so I found myself cleaning the powder off everything he touched, like the TV and sofa. He also used a foam to block holes, which I have since heard they do not recommend as mice can eat through it. Regardless, his application of this foam was messy. I keep finding little bits in the carpet and on the walls. It stains and you cannot remove it. My advice to anyone wishing to use a mice exterminator is to find someone who guarantees the work. Do not hire anyone whose warranty lasts only a month or they will want to charge you the minute the 30 days is up.

SANITATION, MONITORING AND EXCLUSION IS THE KEY TO GETTING RID OF RODENTS. Todd responded quickly to our initial inquiry. He was personable and professional, and I like that he, and not an operator, returned our call. He sent Miguel to do the actual work, telling us up front that it would not be he himself coming out to our place. Miguel was extremely prompt, courteous, pleasant and informative. He went about his work with no problems. So far, we have had a very successful outcomes, and have seen no live moths since the work was done. Miguel explained that if we did see live moths, we would have to schedule a follow up.

They do a good job as we don't have anymore pest around. I like that they are always there on the job when they are suppose to be. They charged me an initial charge of $150 and I now pay a monthly fee.

They are very good and arranged for an appointment right way. They did what they said and were nice on the phone. The first time they came the SAME DAY!!! The second time they came two days after the call, which was more than OK.

The exterminator came, looked around, and patched holes in the oddest places. Found any hole that might let a mouse through and patched it up. He didn't find any mice or mouse holes. Managed to block off holes on all the floors.

An exterminator came within a couple of days of my phone call. He was on time and very nice. He came for the follow-up visit as scheduled. This company did a better job of controlling the ant infestation we've been troubled by for years than any other company we've used.

THE PERSON THAT CAME WAS ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO SPRAYING. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO SPRAY ANY OF MY BUSHES OR FLOWERS. THE SPRAYING IN THE GARAGE WAS DONE CAREFULLY AS WELL.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE HELP MY LOCAL EXTERMINATING COMPANY PROVIDED. THE EXTERMINATORS ARE HONEST AND HELPFUL. I NEVER REALLY SAW THE ACTUAL MOUSE, BUT THE DROPPINGS WAS ENOUGH. SINCE THE EXTERMINATION I HAVE NOT SEEM ANY DROPPINGS OR MICE.

THEY WERE EFFECTIVE. WE USED TO HAVE BUGS AND NOW WE DON'T, SO WHATEVER THEY'RE DOING WORKS. IT'S MINIMALLY INVASIVE. WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS, IT DOESN'T SMELL AND WHATEVER CHEMICALS THEY USE DON'T DAMAGE THE FLOORS OR THE MOLDINGS. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
