He was either on my job site every day or in touch with me by phone or text to keep me up to date on the work. This is not a guy who will go missing on you. Unlike others, he was great about making all required filings and getting all sign offs needed from the local Building department. He also worked very well with my architect. His carpenter, Louis, and his painter/plasterer, Johnathan were wonderful too. I would recommend him for future projects."

He provided us with a written quote which we approved before the work commenced.Ernie knows all the local suppliers and they give good advice and a discount on purchases. As both my wife and I work it was not possible for anyone to be at home. No worries. We gave Ernie a set of keys and his men could thereby come and leave as required. This would only be possible if his men were totally trustworthy, and they are.
