"As a real estate agent, I recently worked with Frank Vargas from Bright Environmental on a time-sensitive situation involving a tenant complaint that escalated to a HUD inspection. One of the key issues was a reported roach problem that needed immediate attention. Frank was incredibly professional from start to finish. He understood the urgency and sensitivity of the situation right away and took swift, decisive action. What really stood out was his responsiveness—he assessed and addressed the issue in less than 24 hours, which is critical when dealing with compliance-related matters. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. In situations like this, having someone reliable and knowledgeable makes all the difference, and Frank delivered. I would highly recommend Frank and Bright Environmental to anyone in need of prompt, effective, and professional pest control services—especially in high-pressure situations."

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."

"Angel service was great and I am very satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone with pest issues."

"I highly recommend them. They are very kind and professional. They were able to allow me to feel home."

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"Father and Sons wildlife were very professional and honest . They took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of the job."

"Excellent service. Shaun arrived on time which is important to me with my busy schedule. Apparently my daughter bought them home from daycare. I tried everything to get rid of them. I called Bug Johnson's pest control. Shaun was extremely detailed and reassuring. Within a few days my house was cleared of those little disgusting bugs. I would totally recommend this company."

"Last Friday, Hernando from Multi-Pest came to look at the job and realized he needed support. He came back later with another pro and removed two skunks from the window well. They caged them and drove them far away. OnMonday, they returned. They thoroughly cleaned out all 3 wells and put wire mesh around the openings. They left us with a large bottle of odor treatment. We are very pleased with the whole operation."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
