"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We are so glad we picked High Peaks Contracting to construct our deck. From the design, which was well suited for our home and exactly what wanted but could never put on paper to the actual construction. It looks amazing and adds so much value to our home. We have been fantasizing about adding a deck for a few years and to finally see it completed with someone who was so easy to work with was amazing. I know this is something these people do all the time but they treated us and our project like it was the most important project they had! We were informed daily as to where we were in the project and the crew was easy to work with as well. Using a contractor is scary but Keith and his team took away the fear factor! "Very rude and poor service. Abandoned job and put holes in my roof. Gaps in the metal trim. Blamed me for the hole and leaks. They did the work! Have many shingle sticking up because they left old roofing nails under them. They cut thru my siding and the flashing when installing trim and I can see daylight thru the cuts, from inside the house. The hole they left goes thru to an interior wall of the house. The trim was nailed thru the flashing. Nothing solid behind the trim to hold in the nails. Its been over a month and they never show up to repair the damage they caused. Pictures say it all. Their worker started screaming at me when I tried to explain the problems and so I screamed back to tell him to shut up and listen to my concerns. Now they are saying I harassed them with my yelling. They talk great and professional when they are selling the job, but the professionalism stops there. "
