Tim and crew did a great job. Their estimate was the middle of 3, and a fair price. Tim did the extras (special caulking, etc.) without charge, and replaced a window at a nominal charge. He made sure that I understood all aspects of the work, and did not quit until I was satisfied. And, most importantly, he and his crew were friendly and open. They made the whole job an exceptional experience. My only criticism is that, due to circumstances, the job took longer than expected. That negative turned out to be merely an annoyance. On the whole, I would highly recommend TMD Home Improvements.

Tim was on time and got the job done at a fair price. He made sure I was satisfied with the workmanship. I hired him to re-side my rental in the Park Ave area and I was so happy with the workmanship, I hired him to side another house, install windows, do siding repair on my own house. I wish that I could clone Tim to do other work for me beside exterior work.

I received 5 estimates for a complete siding of my home. I chose TMD, they were not the highest nor were they the lowest; however, they were the only contractor to provide me with a written break-down showing the cost of each part of the project, as well as the total cost of labor. Tim, the owner, and Gary his right-hand man began the project as agreed upon and even with the Winter weather completed the project on time. Upon starting the siding, Tim became concerned about the winter winds blowing scraps and material all over the yard; thus he brought in a dumpster to take care of the potential problem. The dumpster was not a part of the contract and there was NO added expense on my part. At the conclusion of every workday, Tim and Gary made sure that the yard was cleaned-up and always asked permission to leave sawhorses or siding material in certain places overnight. I have a difficult time when it comes to colors and had very little confidence when it came to choosing the siding colors from a small color palette. Tim immediately proceeded to bring me over 2 foot samples that I could tack-up on my house; as a result, I began to envision what the completed house would look like and with the opinions of friends I felt extremely confident in my final color selection! Upon choosing the color of trim for the windows, I began to question how it would look; again Tim put my mind at ease by encasing a window 3 different ways; again I could envision how all the windows would look and I felt very confident in my choice. As the project moved forward, several little things came to mind that were not in the contract, Tim, without hesitation took care of them! As a result of TMD's superior workmanship, I now have a beautiful maintenance -free home! TMD will be my 1st choice for any future projects! I have given Tim permission to give my phone number to potential clients should they have any questions as well as my address if they would like to stop and check-out their craftsmanship!

I had all new siding ,windows and gutters installed. Tim was very helpful by making suggestions for the project. Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. What can I say. We had vinyl installed around all of our windows. Tim took time to properly prep the area by removing rotten wood and paint where needed. The end result is all windows have a beautiful trim that is all the same color and neat looking. I would definitely hire Tim at TMD Home Improvements back when the time comes for more work around the house!

Tim and his crew were very efficient, prompt, courteous. and professional. They showed up on-time and every single day until the project was complete. The quality was excellent as well!

We hired Tim to replace several vinyl siding panels that had rippled or come loose from high winds. He also replaced some of the vinyl soffit. In addition, Tim caulked an opening in our roof which was allowing bees to enter the attic. Tim did a great job, and we were very impressed with his attention to detail and the value of the services he performed.

Tim and his crew were excellent. The price we paid was very attractive when compared with the big name outfits that you see advertised on TV for a comparable window, but the just as importantly Tim and his men did a great job installing the windows. He did some extra steps with the sliding door to ensure that the installation was correct at no additional charge. They were on time with the dates set and kept us informed along the way as to the timetable, etc.. I would call them again first for any future project.

Just what I was looking for.

Tim and his assistants worked through some really cold weather and managed to do a great job. When melting ice caused a mini problem, he responded right away and made some adjustments that more than solve the problem. He did my entire house, both windows and siding, and the workmanship is excellent. On top of all that, his pricing beat any of the other estimates I received and he was a pleasure to work with.
