If you are concerned about having to be home for your scheduled gutter cleaning...not to worry. We will either leave the invoice at your door or mail it to you and you can mail a check to us at your convenience.We are also offering yearly service contracts for spring and fall cleanings. Angies list Contract customers are preferred customers and are a priority over call in Customers. We are fully insured and have been family owned and operated since 1973. We also offer a variety of other services relating to gutter cleaning and minor repair example..roof and valley clean off, tree trimming, downspout strainer installation, resetting of gutters,and minor repair.

I assumed they would have the necessary tools to ensure a thorough and clean job as their website shows a very different approach but it became apparent that they were ill-prepared for the task at hand. As they proceeded to clean the gutters, the leaf blower was their tool of choice. Instead of efficiently removing debris from the gutters, the leaf blower sent a array of gutter remnants flying everywhere. This resulted in a complete mess, with debris scattered all over the sides of my house and even onto my car. In the end, I had to spend additional time and effort cleaning up the mess left behind by Monroe Gutter Cleaning. This not only defeated the purpose of hiring professionals but also left me regretting my decision to choose their services. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice and perhaps look elsewhere for a gutter cleaning company that takes pride in their work and respects their clients' property."

"Awful, first appt serviceman arrived with no ladder, even though I clearly described the job as venting from the 2nd floor and a ladder would be needed, rescheduled for next day, OK. Next day serviceman arrives does the job and leaves, we think everything is OK. A couple days later, my wife does a couple loads of laundry and the laundry room feels like a sauna, apparently a leak in the vent. Called, had to wait a week for an appt, service man came and taped the duct extensively. Next day the dryer is taking a long time to dry, Signal on the dryer indicated an air flow problem. Call again and had to wait another week for an appt. The next appt was yesterday 10/23 I missed the call from the serviceman, but when I called today was told that he was here at my house. I had 5 people at the house, myself , wife, son, grandson, and mother in law. Garage was open all day, and the front door was ajar. No one heard anything, knock or doorbell. Totally frustrated called again and all they said that he was there. I will call for service from another company, I want a full refund and will call the Better Business Bureau to complain about the level of service I received."

Stuff like a vent that had disconnected in the ceiling cavity so they were things we would want resolved. He had feedback for care of some other items that we should be managing now to keep working well for the future so I feel the cost was worth it for not only those things he caught, but also the peace of mind that we don't have major issues missed. Inspector was punctual. Delivered a paper summary report from his walk through upon leaving and sent a digital more verbose copy through email over the weekend so we had everything pretty quick. In hindsight I would have brought them along for our early build inspections as I'm sure they would have caught some items we had to have fixed during our first year that could have been avoided. No one was perfect, but the issues seemed to be present enough in his mind that he saw what happened and had recommendations to improve beyond what the builder did for more lasting repair."

"Crew of 7 worked 7 am (dawn) to 5 pm (dusk) in early December, hard-working & smooth working team, with foreman on site + project manager that checked in daily. Foreman checked in with me regularly as work progressed. Founder of this longtime family business came at the end to review job and receive payment. Removed old roof, replaced plywood underlayment, flashing as needed. Found source of ALL the leaks, installed flashing where it had been missing to prevent future issues. Looks GREAT!. Minor issue: quality of wood trim that had to be removed & then replaced; needs carpenter skills, not a strong part of their skill set, so I will have that upgraded in the spring."
