Get matched with top siding pros in Caledonia, NY

"We went with Stellar roofing bc from start to finish they were very professional and upfront. They not only matched a competitors price they beat their price. They came out took pictures as the job was being done, kept in contact with me throughout the whole job! They cleaned very thoroughly and above all else my house looks great! Thank you Stellar for doing a fantastic job!"

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Oaks Roofing and Siding on a full siding replacement project, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and truly customer-focused. The team took the time to understand my vision and provided expert guidance on materials, colors, and design options that would best complement my home. Communication was outstanding throughout the process—every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I always felt informed and involved. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe worksite. They treated my home with the utmost respect, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The new siding has completely transformed the look of my house—it’s like a brand-new home! Oaks Roofing and Siding clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-centric company for their siding or exterior renovation needs. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!"

"Pays a lot to detail and make sure it's done right"

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"We hired Built to last construction to do a ton of work on our house. They redid flooring, leveled our floors and a few other odd and end things that a previous company we hired messed up . They had great prices and completed it all in a timely manner. It’s been a few years and everything still looks as good as the day they completed the job! Will definitely be using them for any future renovations!"

"Stellar, Jay, and Rick were very professional and helpful. Jay helped us work with our insurance so we didn't have that extra stress on top of needing the home repair. Everything turned out great, and we are SO happy with our new roof! I gladly sing Stellar's praises, and would recommend them to anyone! They worked hard to get a quality roof on with some spotty Rochester weather, and the team deserves an enormous thanks!"
