"FABULOUS! Can't say enough great things about Mike and Precision Heating and Cooling. I had several different size companies quote this very big and intensive labor job in our new home. Estimates were all over the board. One VERY large local HVAC company told me the job, that Mike just finished for us, "could not be done". They said it was " impossible" to get a unit into our attic space and install ductwork for AC upstairs! Well, it was done... by Precision.. I went with the person that I TRUSTED and it was the right choice! That said, Mike's work is incredible. He was always there when he said he would be, kept to the timeline he estimated, was neat and considerate of our family and treated our home as if it were his own. He showed us what he was doing and why it was done a certain way. He made sure we were happy and understood what we were getting. He was meticulous on the install and cleaned up every area that he worked on in the house. Needless to say, we are overjoyed with the job and would recommend him without hesitation. His work ethic is unheard of these days. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work and more importantly, he will always tell you what you really need, not try to up-sell you things that you don't...He is trustworthy and professional and has a lifelong customer not only in us, but our entire family!"

He was very knowledgeable about boilers and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. No parts or replacement was necessary. He also gave me some helpful tips on the system we have. All in all, a great experience."

"Had a emergency and called their emergency number. A tech (Corey) called within 20 mins. We ended up scheduling for the next morning. Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again if the need arises."

"Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"

"Although the work was completed, the repairs were not completed without errors. The PVC piping to the shower drain was not properly aligned when gluing it together, resulting in a leak. The technician pulled the PVC piping apart and re-glued the piping. This did not leave me with a great deal of confidence in the repair and feel I must keep checking to make sure the leak does not return. Also the repair looks bad, as there is glue and dissolved PVC on the outside of the piping. In my opinion, the technician should have replaced it with fresh piping. The toilet tank rebuild was performed with an adjustable fill valve. The technician failed to lock the fill valve at the proper length for my toilet tank. I went to check the repair and when I took the top off the toilet tank the fill valve popped up. The fill valve popped up so high that you could not put the top back on the toilet tank and the fill valve did not turn off and water ran continuously. Fortunately, the technician was still there and lock the fill valve down at the proper level. I rated the price as average, as I did not get competitive prices to determine if the charges were reasonable."
