In our initial discussion over the phone you told us that there was dust, pollen, and debris on the roof that needed to be removed. This being the case a water only wash was decided on. We agreed to the following service detailed in the quote that was sent over to you and approved before the job started: "Service includes: -Brush off loose debris from roof -Bag all debris and remove from property -Low pressure wash of entire roof and gutter guards to remove remaining pollen, dust, and debris." The service was completed as described and during the process we noticed there was more than just pollen, dust, and debris on the roof causing it to look dirty. As soon as we found out we needed more than just a simple wash of the roof we notified you and offered the option to get the roof softwashed (soaps/chemical mix) to remove the oxidation/organics that wouldn't come off. As a family-ran business that values every customer we don't want anyone to have a poor experience. To ensure this doesn't happen again we now do all metal roof cleaning estimates in person."
