The price for the units and service was extremely fair and the service was excellent. The team showed up on time and worked incredibly hard during a 90 degree day and completed the install quickly and professionally. I was so happy with the work and the customer service.

Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!

Robin and his team were responsive, professional, and great to work with. Came in to check the furnance the same day I called, diagnosed the issue, and gave me options to consider. Decided to move forward with a new furnance, he pointed out the value of the one he recommended, and was able to get installed on the date (a Saturday) that worked best for me. Price seem very reasonable and of great value for the level of work done.

They were very courteous, friendly, punctual and very professional. Rob explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me the best price out of the 5 estimates I had. I'm really thankful that he was able to get the work done quickly because the weather was going to be getting extremely hot.
