They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."

"Had a emergency and called their emergency number. A tech (Corey) called within 20 mins. We ended up scheduling for the next morning. Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with.
