They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."

The fire dept. had to come and shut off power to the boiler at 1 am. I called Cellino, and Luke (the president) called me back at 4 am. Tom M. was here in the morning and told me we needed a new boiler. The next day, the boiler came in, and a team including Chris, Frank, and Tyler spent all day (12 hours) installing it. We are now safe and warm. I can't recommend Cellino highly enough for the customer service and quality workmanship."

"Had a emergency and called their emergency number. A tech (Corey) called within 20 mins. We ended up scheduling for the next morning. Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again if the need arises."

Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"
