"The replacement of our old bathtub with a new walk-in shower was a great decision, and having Bath Fitter of Buffalo was the way to go! The work was done in an efficient manner, workmanship was superior, and there was a minimum of mess and disruption, and the installer worked neatly, was informative in explaining each step of the project, and was very considerat. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone considering a similar project."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
