1/31/2024 We had 7 feet of snow in the middle of the month here in West Seneca An unfortunate consequense of that was that the melting snow on the roof turned into VERY heavy icicles and when they came down, they took down the gutter system that Black Rock installed in 2021. I called Black Rock to see if it could be replaced and to have the roof examined. They got out here "same day" and replaced the gutter the very next day. Not only swift service, but professionally done. And the guys were Super friendly. Highly recommend Black Rock Roofing. Andrew Ryan

They did a wonderful and professional job. We have used this company 2 times before and are happy with results each and every time. We love that they explain what they plan to do ahead of time, and when the job is done they clean up the mess. We also like they just double check with us when job is done that we are happy with the results.

I'm very satisfied with the job that Black Rock did on my roof. They showed up on time, did the roof in one day and the cleanup was great. The roof looks great.

They showed up promptly. Did the garage with attached patio room in one day. It is almost the same size as our house. Jeremy the foreman was great. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The crew worked hard and did a good job. They did the house the next day. Unfortunately they were short tiles and had to come back the next day. They did a great job with cleanup. The gutters were subcontracted out . The came a few days later. Done in one day and did a good job. We are happy with it.

Answered my call promptly. Showed up when they said they would. Answered my questions and offered opinions about what needed to be done. Worked with my schedule. Worked efficiently and cleaned up when they were done. A few glitches that they addressed promptly. Didn't want final payment until I was happy with the job. Very professional. I would use them again.

Roof completed in 2 days. Waiting for gutters to be installed. Roof looks good. Clean up was good.

We needed the removal of three layers of roof and replacement as well as all new gutters. Joe did our estimate which was complete in every way. All needs and steps to be taken were very well explained ,all questions answered. Plenty of time was given to be sure we understood our estimate and project. The price was fair and the possibilities of any extras was explained and price given beforehand. Nick and his crew arrived on time and began work immediately. They actually fit us in before the original time estimate. The job took one and one half days. It was all carried out professionally and to our contract agreement . The crew was pleasant to work with. The clean after, on both days, was excellent! Our gutters were done a few days latter according to our agreement. The crew was on time, very nice to deal with. It was a full days job and done perfectly to our satisfaction. The cleanup, again, was fine. We were very happy with our experience. All calls to the company were answered promptly and politely. The roof and gutters look amazing! Our job cost was exactly what the contract stated. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters. Black Rock was a great company to work with and we would surely hire again if needed.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Block Rock Roofing did on the replacement of my entire roof. Joe Ruminski, the project estimator, was very responsive, will to thoroughly discuss the quote, professional, easy to get in contact with, and friendly. David and Dan, the project manager, were very responsive to meeting the schedule and following-up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I signed the contract on Oct 11 and the roof was completed on Oct 25. I am so thankful that they were able to complete the roof in a timely manner before the rain and winter weather. I was very pleased with the efficiency of the crew and the wonderful job they did to cleanup. I would definitely recommend Black Rock Roofing. They also recommended a very reliable chimney replacement company that coordinated with the roof replacement.

Great. I went out for the day and had a new roof and cleaned up yard when I got home.

They arrived promptly at the time they said they'd be here. The crew helped me move all my plants and ceramics well out of their way, and helped me put everything back before they left! My whole roof was done in 5 hours!! It has been almost a week, and I have not found a single nail! Cleanup was superb!!! The crew was friendly, and mindful of my 4 year old grandson in the house for the morning. They also put new gutters on my house, and are now helping me replace my old shutters!! Very kind and dedicated staff! Inspectors were here yesterday for "tweaking"... they caulked around the upstairs windows ~ that was it! I very highly recommend this company!!!

Had old multi-layered roof torn off. I had a few rot spots... $700 up charge because I needed all new plywood for garage because of holes . , Very professionally done. Defiantly worth

They did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule, with only a few minor glitches that were quickly resolved.

I remember they came late on the day they said but were finished completely within like 2 hours. I only had one layer so had them tear it off and apply new roof. They had huge team and cleaned up as they went. Fortunately I didn't need new plywood underneath. They also discovered my bathroom ventilation fan wasn't vented to the roof but instead into the attic...they fixed it for me.

Called in mid-September. Got a prompt return call and estimate. Work started earlier than anticipated. Large crew arrived by 7:30 each of both days. Debris was thoroughly cleaned up each day. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

It went very well

Everything from start to finish was well done including a window that broke during the roof install that they immediately had replaced. Everyone at Black Rock are easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. In addition once the work was done we had issues with our insurance company trying to go back on what they said would be covered and Joe helped us with anything and everything we needed to get the insurance company to cover the repairs as they had originally said they would. Without question we'd recommend them to our friends and family!

So pleased with the results. They mentioned that our chimney needed work and referred us to AAA Timberline to look at it. We did and got it fixed. If it wasn't for Black Rock, our chimney would have slowly deteriorated and probably would have caused us major problems down the road. Thank you Black Rock!

Left a complete mess. Looked like a tornado hit in the attic. They said there would be some debris from the roof but this was insane. They told me it would take me a half hour to clean. More like 3 hours. Also to wear a mask when I cleaned so I didn't breathe in the black stuff!

Everything went fine, they were great to work with. I received 3 quotes for the roof and gutters. They were higher than the lowest price quote but I used them. I worked with Joe from Black Rock and his professionalism during the process was better than the lowest price contractor. I just didn't have a good feeling about the low guy. I would use Black Rock again but I shouldn't have too for 20+ years.
