Very professional. Came same day as reported. Very reasonable. Explained job and work completed like a pro. His estimate was several hundred less than others.

The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The freeze/thaw cycle had already created ice dams in the gutters then we got 30 inches of snow on top of it. It was now more than I could handle. I found Craig on Angie's list and called him on a Sunday. He returned my call that day! He and his partner came the next day and cleared the snow and ice from the critical areas. They saved us from tremendous water damage. I am grateful and would highly recommend them. I will call them first for any roofing needs.

Honest, professional, responsive and reliable. Came at the scheduled time to diagnose the problem and provided an accurate estimate. Returned on the scheduled date and time to perform the work. Work was completed in one day and with excellent quality. He even addressed some additional issues that were discovered with no extra charge. No issues with leaking since his repair. Craig Kruszka and Company was contacted for an inspection and evaluation of work needing to be done on a house that I was in the process of purchasing. Craig met me on location ,with Winter approaching, as I had traveled from Florida to determine the scope of roof work to be performed in the Spring. He took pictures, removed large branches and explained in detail what damage had occurred and how to protect the roof through the Winter. From Florida, I had to contact Craig again and have him tarp the damaged areas and send me pictures with his invoice. Craig Kruszka provided me with immediate service and my house is now secured until I can have a new roof installed in the Spring. I have a flat porch roof and wasn't sure if I wanted to tear it off or fix it. Craig examined the roof and suggested that I repair. Having used Craig several times previously I valued his opinion and agreed. He showed up when he said he would and the work was completed in one day. If you need a roof repair or a new roof, Craig should be someone you call to get a quote.

I had a leak in an area of my roof and knew I needed to find someone to repair it or replace the whole thing, as I had a two layer roof near the end of its life cycle. Craig responded very quickly to my call about a roof repair, visited my home and carefully went through all aspects of the roof, diagnosing issues and discussing options to either repair or replace the roof. A few hours after his visit, he called me with his quote. I hired Craig to do half the roof of my house, because the lower half of my home was in more serious condition and Craig was able to do it only a few days later, during the last days of roofing season for the year. Winter was coming and there were only a handful of good days left to do roof work, between rain and cold restrictions. From my first call to having a new roof done was 5 days and it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed with his responsiveness, and his ability to explain and discuss everything you needed to know. Highly recommended. I also got an estimate from a different company that a friend referred to me, and they were using the same materials and approximately the same ballpark price as Craig. They also explained things very well and in a similar fashion to Craig. Getting a second opinion was helpful in confirming to me that Craig was a good guy to hire and reassured me overall on what was necessary and confirmed what I should do.

He showed up in the rain with all the materials to complete the job After he completed the work ,he showed me what was happening and made recommendations that could help .
