"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Mo was a very able, responsive and professional technician who installed our furnace in one day and our new boiler two days later. He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. It was painful to have to pay that much money at once for a furnace and a boiler, but Mo made it as positive an experience as it could have been. I am grateful to him and his assistant for their work and professionalism."

The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. "I rarely write reviews but I have to share my happy experience using Home Advisor for the first time. Leo from Berardi Electrical Contractors is great. I hired him to install smart WiFi dimmers for my LED lights so that I could control the lights in my home with voice commands to my Alexa. I had been trying to get an electrician to do the job for months using my network of family and friends to find someone, but I had no success. I attempted to do the job myself but managed to cause a short which took my main power circuit breaker offline. I did not have power or heat for over 24 hours (in the middle of winter!). I could not even get the dimmer set properly since there was no room in the electrical box due to the terrible work of a previous electrician. After seeing a Home Advisor commercial I decided to give them a try. Leo called me within 10 minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the same day. He stayed in constant phone communication with me because he was running behind schedule on another job, eventhough he was only 15 minutes late getting to my house. Leo did an excellent job. He and his assistant checked each circuit before working to make sure that there was no power. They removed the wiring clutter from each box to make sure that the large dimmers had room. They tested their work constantly. After completing the project, they cleaned each fixture with cleaning solution and they removed all of the debris which was far above my expectations. They even completed my son's chore for the day, cleaning the stairs to the second floor. After installing a dimmer at the top of the steps they swept the entire staircase! It was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! I did not think that it could get any better, but it did. When Leo told me the price it was less than half of what I expected! Leo is very honest, personable, and polite. He asked my permission before entering each room. The level of attention to detail he gave for such a small job was wonderful. Especially since he told me that he typically works on large commercial projects. I will never need another electrician again. Leo is my go to guy.
