They were on point. They kept you in the loop with arrival time. They installed a gas line for my stove and installed kick heater and relocated a baseboard heater. Clean work. We were very pleased They did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them.

Not trust worthy!!!! For several month I have requested the W9 for the work performed. I have emailed Dennis the owner several times and he has not responded. This was a significant job costing several thousand dollars and he has not responded.

We can provide you with a capital improvement form if you would like, which would be a more appropriate form for the scope of work we did at your home. This was the second time using South Shore Plumbing & Heating they installed a tankless water heater for me in March. 2020 and today Nick located and fixed a pin hole pipe leak under my house cement slab. From the time Nick started to make his first cut in my Sheetrock he used a level to make sure he was cutting a straight line ( thatâ s a professional who take pride in his work) when he drilled to open up my slab he made a small hole that was right where the pipe leak was. Cut out the bad pipe and installed new section of pipe no leaks and Nick re- cemented the hole closed and clean up all the debris. Anyone who needs excellent plumbing or heating call South Shore Plumbing and Heating .

Needed a plumber for a couple of important issues. We set the appointment, their plumber Rick arrived, was able to explain the 2 problems and got right to work. One issue was a kitchen faucet & was was with our water heater which could have easily turned into an emergency. Rick kept us informed at each step, absolutely no billing surprises & rates were very reasonable. I will absolutely use the company again!!!

A crew of two spent a long day completely gutting my old system and installing a new state of the art system. The plumbing is extremely neat and professionally done. When the job was completed, the owner, Dennis, arrived to personally inspect the job, start the system, and make any final adjustments. The crew was professional, neat, and knowledgeable. I would recommend North Shore to anyone looking to have their heating system replaced.
