Excellent work from start to finish. Fair pricing. Job started and finished on time and on budget. The owner Tomasz paid close attention to the job at hand and was on site for some time almost every day to check on the crew and their progress. He was always easy to reach and responsive to any concerns I had. Even before the contract was signed, he fully and thoroughly answered all my questions and made sure i had all the info i needed to make my decision.

Tomasz showed up to the appointment on time and was very helpful. The team showed up on time as well to get the work done. It was done quickly and everyone was very professional. I would hire them again!

Tomasz was very professional, always courteous and highly ethical. When initially contacted, he called back within an hour, His quote came in within 48 hours, The quote was well detailed and the price was fair. His crew worked long hours, usually from 7am to 5pm, sometimes up to 7pm in the evening, and even on a few Saturdays, to catch up because of rain delays. Tomasz' quote was missing one large window, and he offered to pay for it as this was only figured out when windows were delivered. They came back on a Saturday morning to install the last window which arrived a few weeks after completion of the project. We have only received positive comments about the new look of our house. We would definitely re-hire Tomasz and his team.

Tomasz' crew did a great job. He suggested aluminum wrap on each window for protection from the elements. It was a one-day job. We have beautiful new windows! We have also asked Tomasz to replace our crank window in the kitchen. We highly recommend TL Home Improvement.

Tomasz and his crew were amazing. He estimated 13 work days for completion which i thought was optimistic. They finished in 12 days despite taking off two afternoons due to 100+ degree heat. They arrived early, stayed late and maintained a full crew throughout the project. They have top notch equipment and completed the job professionally. The cost was very fair. We couldn't be happier with their work. Tomasz and his crew were very professional, skilled and hard-working. These guys are experts in what they do. Tomasz is easy to work with, conscientious and fair with an amazing attention to detail. The crew always arrived on time, cleaned up after and used top quality equipment. Because they were here for several weeks & did multiple types of jobs, they brought a tool trailer onsite so they always had all the supplies they needed to be most productive. The materials they used for construction were high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and were having some problems with the gutters draining properly, even though they had been cleaned out.  Called TL Home Improvement to trouble-shoot the problem.   Tomasz, the owner, came to our house and was able to promptly tell us that the gutters and downspouts needed replacing due to all of the problems and provide a quote.  
We got some other quotes, but his was the best.  We contracted the services and they came back to do the install.  It took one day with a team of three, Tomasz included.  There was one small problem with the flashing behind the gutters, which did increase the price slightly.  Tomasz showed me the problem, explained that it was not 100% necessary to fix it, but that it would be best for the long-term health of the house.  
Overall, they did high quality work and their work/team left us with a very favorable impression.  Would definitely hire them again for other work.

Tomasz was punctual and very informative. The job was small but he took it seriously and I went with him because I felt he was a quality businessman and tradesman. The job went well and the services performed when he said they would. There was an issue with the pitch of one side of the gutter. I called Tomasz and he said he would fix soon. He did come back to readjust the gutter and now it drains perfectly. Very happy with the work performed. Would recommend and hire again.

My house is about 1,500 sq ft.  The old wooden siding was chipped and flaking.  They covered the siding with 1/2 inch insulation panels and put up the new siding.
They did most of the work while I was a way on vacation and I came back to a half-day of wrapping up.
The job was neatly done.  The area around my house was left clean.
I am very pleased with the work.

From the very beginning of our experience, Tomasz was very professional and responsive.  We had him come to the house several times to rework plans and discuss pricing.  Because this was a big project, we were looking to save some money by making adjustments to the plans.  Tomasz really worked with us and gave us recommendations about what we could do to lower costs. He frequently dropped off samples of items to help us select colors and designs, which was very helpful.  
When the project started, we were so impressed with the professionalism and neatness of his crew.  They were at our home at 6:55 a.m. every morning, usually working until about 5:00 p.m.   (We had just completed a full interior renovation with another company, and this was NOT our experience!)  The team was there Monday-Friday (and sometimes Saturday) for several weeks. They were pleasant and friendly, and if there was ever an issue with nails or anything it was immediately addressed.  Tomasz was great about responding to our emails and text messages if our work schedule prevented us from meeting him in person.  
The finished product looks amazing! Our house has been transformed, and the quality of Tomasz's work speaks for itself.  We were so pleased that we hired him again to build a small deck on the rear of the house.  The prices are fair, and the quality of the work and experience are well worth it!  We have recommended Tomasz to several friends and would most definitely use him again!  If you work with Tomasz, you will not be disappointed.

Great job, they were not able to do the job for a couple of weeks but told me that when he cane to do the estimate. The job was done on time as promised. Great job!

Tomasz and I began communicating several months ago about changing the gutter configuration on my garage, as the current water outlet was damaging the garage foundation. Tomasz came out right away and gave me a quote, but then it began to snow.... and the job was impossible to do with major snow cover. Finally, the snow melted and we made a plan.  Tomasz came out as planned, and began the job.  A neighbor took issue with several aspects of the plan, and Tomasz was helped me figure out another solution. He also looked at some other repair issues I have and gave me advice/quotes.

It was great , they are very professional and did an excellent job, they are very organized and clean after they finish . The quality of the of each of the work was outstanding and the best was that Tom brought to my attention that he was smelling gas next to my house gas meter and suggested for me to call SCG... The gas company came and confirmed I had a small leaked and they fix it .... Thank you Tom !!!!! I will hire TL Home Improvement again

I had several companies provide a quote to install vinyl siding over existing wooded siding on a detached two car garage.  Tomasz Luczkowski was very responsive compared to some of the other companies I contact and walked me through the process and discussed options for the garage while he was here for the onsite review.  His quote was approximately half that of some of the other "big" siding/roofing companies I talked to and TL's siding product was either the same or better than those offered by competitors.  I went with a medium grade vinyl as the garage is in the back of the house and it looks very good (probably better than my house).
TL was able to schedule my job in a few weeks after I committed.  It was a relatively small job and I was not in a hurry.  TL had several guys on site and originally estimated it was a two day job, but they were able to complete it in a single 10 hour day.  There was little to be removed from the building and so they were able to work without a dumpster and hauled away any waste in TL's vans.
While I was a little concerned that the quote was too good to be true compared to the others I received, I was very happy with the end result.  Five months later the siding, trim, and sealants all look great.  I would absolutely use TL again and would have them side my main house in a few years as it may need it.  Overall they were a great value.
