"Very good overall. Sergey and his team were very professional and cleaned up daily. We had a very large shower renovation due to leakage. They gutted the space; used Schlutter system for water-proofing. We used Best tile for the materials, and they work well with Sergei, but they got the order wrong, so bad on Best tile, but sent the right materials in a timely fashion.Would not hesitate to use Sergei and his team again. Not cheap but you pay for what you get."

As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that.
