One window was wrongly measured. I also waited quite a long time for installation from end of October until end of January. Still waiting for the window that was measured wrongly.

Way too expensive. I have the smallest possible bathroom and they installed a walk-in, laid down some vinyl floors and that?s it. I had to buy all the new fixtures myself and they didn?t even paint and the whole thing cost $26k? I?ve seen whole bathroom remodels on YouTube where they do everything, custom tile showers, new fixtures, electrical, heated floors, and paint and it comes out to $13k for a bathroom twice as big as mine. These people just sell kolher showers. They contract out the installer who contracts out the workers. Way too expensive.

The measurement for the shower was wrong I'm still waiting for them to come back to look at the problem and put a finish on the one wall. Instead of it being one inch from my door the one wall is right up to my door jamb without a finished look.

Then end result was beautiful. Was a tad more expensive than I anticipated but I was pleased with the finished product.

UPDATE: They finally finished the job after over 4 months of this nightmare. The shower looks good, but it was not worth the heartache and pain that came along with it. The representative offered $1500 off, which I thought was a slap in the face after all the mess that they put me and my family through. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for any remodeling job. This has been the worst experience that we ever had. I wanted to have my master bathroom remodeled. I looked for a company in Angi in July 2022. Remodel USA contacted me and gave a good presentation. That was the last good experience I had with this company. I received a quote and they said it would take about two days to complete the job. They removed the jetted tub and shower. After demolishing the bathroom, the workers discovered that the wrong shower base was ordered. They called the project manager who told me that they would order the correct base and have it installed. After a few weeks, I got a call stating that the correct base was in and scheduled another day for them to complete the installation. It was the same model base that was ordered before. After another few weeks, I got a call stating that the correct base was in and questioned them if it was the correct base this time. They stated that they would check and get back with me. They called back and stated that the wrong base was ordered yet again. I am still waiting for the proper base to arrive and for the project to be finished. It has been 4 months since this project started and besides having a demolished bathroom, I am no closer to having this job completed. Their customer service is very polite. I have been without the use of my master bathroom for over 4 months. No way that this should have taken this long. They need to fix their logistics issues.

We are pleased with the job they did but we want to make a change and have called numerous times to get how much it would cost but no one ever calls us back

I was lied too, it started in June and its been going on since. They did not have a qualified person for the job they only put up the kits. It does not do the job that its supposed to do. If i was to anything to make it better it would cancel out the contract with them. I paid the money but I need the guarantee. The sales woman bullied and intimidated me, was right cruel I believe she fed off my pain because I was grieving for my husband and it seemed like she got stronger because of it. They need to have someone finish it who knows how. It's not worth the agony they put me through.

If you plan on having to chase them down for answers and still get no resolution this is the company for you. The staff that started the installation is phenomenal!!! They are contracted out. The team that works for remodel the USA and have worked with us are horrible. Filled with I am sorry but do nothing to fix the situation. My bathroom is not completed. They are requesting payment. Will not return my calls. 21k for me to have to beg for it to be completed is disgusting.

The corporate office should follow up more and supervise more what their sales representatives are doing and how they are treating the customers.

They have really high quotes because they try to sell you everything, but you can bring your own stuff to the table and save hundreds or even thousands.

Actual quality was far lower than expected. Took weeks to get initial damage repaired. Many of the promises made during quote meeting were not included in contract or met during installation. Spent thousands of dollars with other contractors to finish the job that Remodel USA considered complete. Update 9/2023: the installed tub is leaking through the fiberglass. We had a plumber and water-damage mitigation come in, and both were shocked at the poor quality of the work -- cardboard used to space drywall, trash left in the walls, putty used to "seal" leaks. The damage is so severe we'll have to replace the entire bathroom, at least one adjoining wall, ceiling below, and possibly flooring (which is the original wood flooring from 1930). I have spent over a month trying to get any response from the company with no action.
