He came when scheduled to do an estimate, was very thorough and knowledgeable, provided suggestions to make the project better. He was very reasonable, did a thorough job, completed the project as promised and in the time promised. We also ended up having him do the kitchen, some flooring, install lights and ceiling fans and paint. We would absolutely recommend!"

The work started promptly as promised. When part of the tiling job could not be accomplished due to the house structure, Sergey worked with me to determine an alternate plan. "Brian was responsive in scheduling a deck estimate and providing a written estimate within 10 days, letting me know ahead of time when to expect it. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractor estimates. The project involved removing timber from an existing upper deck, 12x14, replacing with composite decking and adding railings, replacing the 12 stairs and stringers, adding railings, and removing the timber and rebuilding the lower deck frame and adding composite decking lower 12x14 deck. Initially, he expected a later fall installation but was able to start immediately after Labor Day The weather was perfect and favorable without any weather related delays. His guys Josh and Hunter arrived at 7:30 and worked till about 3:30 daily, and cleaned up daily, and let us know what to expect as the project progressed. Initially, the estimate was about two weeks but these Josh and Hunter worked their magic in 6.5 days! All demolished materials were removed and the decks and stairs are gorgeous! I really appreciated their hard work and effort to finish the project quickly. The workers were friendly, courteous and professional. Brian offered design suggestions and communicated throughout the project (whether in person or by text) which was especially appreciated to coordinate the relocation of the hot tub with another contractor both on the front and back end of the project. We look forward to years ahead of enjoying low maintenance decks. I would definitely reach out to Brian for any future projects we might have. We were very pleased with his companyâ s work product."

"We had Climate chief re-insulate the attic of our very old cold drafty farm house. We are thrilled with the finished product. The house was noticeably warmer the day they finished, well worth the cost. I can't believe how big of a difference it made....we should have done it years ago. As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that. We normally can't get people to call us back let alone complete the work they promise. The crew was so professional and clean, we joking said they were quieter than all the mice living in our attic. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Would hire them again in a heartbeat."
