We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. From design through completion, we were impressed by his talent, professionalism and transparency. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. Martin indicated they could complete the jobs in one day and they accomplished this.
