They started right away opening the shipping boxes containing large furniture pieces such as a queen bed and two large dressers. They put all the waste either into trash bags or onto curb for recycling. The furniture was assembled nicely. We had to leave during the work, and Rufino texted me with images of some minor damage to the furniture that occurred during shipping. The images of the damaged box and the piece (back of dresser) were very helpful. We are happy with the work and were pleased with the professionalism."

We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. From design through completion, we were impressed by his talent, professionalism and transparency. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. He sent us beautiful photos of his process throughout construction. He was quick to answer questions via text, and sent us gentle reminders when we had design questions to answer for him. The final product is absolutely stunning and solid. The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."
