Excellent. Love our new Amarr Classica garage doors with the Liftmaster 8355W door openers. So quiet, smooth, insulates and just wonderful. The workman knew exactly what to do, a real pro. They were very professional and gave us the best price (three bids). Our highest recommendation!

Excellent! We called Monday morning and Ed was there at 1 pm as planned. He immediately identified the problem - old springs on the garage door, which prevented the door from opening. He replaced the springs on that door and our other door. He was polite, very professional, worked efficiently, and removed all the discarded materials. We are very satisfied customers. Everything went very well. I called Koops on Wednesday afternoon, and they set an appointment for between 8 and 8:30 the next day. They arrived promptly a few minutes after 8:00, and were very professional. They began work immediately, and fixed the spring on the door, oiled it and also secured a loose sensor. The door works like new. Job was completed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Koops.

Koops was able to come the day after I called. They were on time and done fast. They did not try to upsale me anything like a new garage door. The new machine is quiet and works great. It came with the option of an outside mounted keypad for entry, but we said we didn’t need that so they took off $25.

I called and left a message over the weekend. Monday at 9am I received a call back. They were flexible with my schedule for an appointment, and by Wednesday my garage door was working again! They showed up on time, and the repair was done in under an hour. This is how a well-run business works! I can't say enough about how professional they were from start to finish.

Purchased the deal and got busy and Koops actually called me after a couple of days to set up an appointment. They arrived a little ahead of the prearranged time and waited for me to get home. After a quick assessment, they told me what they thought was wrong. Took care of a few items, added some preventative maintenance and offered advice on keeping everything running smoothly. They even noticed the opener was very old and the motor was going. Offered options for replacement with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Price and service were excellent and I would absolutely recommend them.

I called at 7:10am on Monday morning and he was there by 8:30am as promised. He immediately replaced the broken spring. We made the decision to replace the other one since it was also quite old. He also oiled everything and it is running much better than it ever has. He finished the work in 30 minutes (by 9:00am) as promised so I was still able to get to work on time. I would definitely use Koops in the future and recommend them to others.
