He tried to just repair it but he was not satisfied and felt we would have problems with just a repair. He ended up replacing the lock on my front door and back door (I wanted both doors to have the same key), putting in a new doorknob and provided us with 7 new keys. He was at our home for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He charged $118.80 with tax. I felt this was very reasonable in comparison to other locksmiths I had used in the past. I would use them again and would recommend them

"It went fantastic. I sent an email and immediately got a response from Nicholas. He said bring it in and they would fix it while I wait and provide new keys. I delivered the lockset and they rebuilt it for $30 and $3.95 per key. This lockset is a premium product that matches the handle set and is discontinued. They were extremely prompt, professional and reasonable. This made far more sense than jumping onto Amazon as we are all very quick to do. Thanks Nick!!

"It went well, but took a little bit longer than I expected. After I was given the sample/trial lenses, they told me to wait for the doctor to see me before I could leave. The wait was quite long, in fact I thought that perhaps I was mistaken and was sitting there for no reason. However, once I asked, they confirmed the doctor had to see me one more time.
<br /> Other than this long waiting period, everything else was great. The doctor made an adjustment based on her last inspection, and gave me a different pair of trial lenses, which feel much better.
<br /> I will be going for a follow-up appointment later this week.
