"The technicians did an excellent job of removing asbestos in our cellar and cleaning up afterwards (including removing 50 years' worth of cobwebs!). However, the customer service was abysmal - we were overcharged with sales tax; it took two weeks for us to receive an invoice; Elite only takes credit card payments through PayPal which charges a fee; we were told that a "clean air report" would only be sent to us after payment in full was received (whereas I was under the impression that the clean air report was part of Elite's job and payment was only due when the job was completed - and it was incomplete until the report was issued)."
