Phase 1 did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and worked well to remove the asbestos from our basement.

Men came earlier than scheduled,went right to work,and finished the job in about an hour. They were friendly and professional,answering my questions,and cleaning up afterwards.I highly recommend them.The price was almost 5 times less than the other company I got an estimate from. Highly satisfied.

The rep came out and reviewed the areas of concern.  He gave me an estimate on the spot. The next day I decided to go with JBH and the project was scheduled for the following week.  The workers arrived within the scheduled time period and they were very pleasant to work with. They were responsive, efficient and neat. The job was completed in no time.

Horrid. The removal guys showed up in some beatup van and were in an out in about an hour when other companies estimated 8. We werent allowed in the basement during the work so I have no idea what they even did. They were supposed to reinsulate, but didnt have any material - so they wanted to come back another day. The air quality guy was supposed to be there at a particular time, but was almost 2 hrs late. On the final legal air quality report he LIED and said he took samples for 90 minutes when he was in and out in 15. I am contacting the state DEP in regards. After many phone calls they came back about two weeks later (I had already paid in full) with a different crew to reinsulate. This company was less than half of my other bids and now i can truly say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

They are fantastic. Not only best qoute i got, but they are very proffesional and helpful o nthe phone and at the job site. I got an appiontment right away and they finished the job in no time. They left my basement cleaner than when they started!

We are moving into an older house with asbestos covering on the pipes. A representative from JBH came in for an estimate and gave us a very accurate idea of the overall cost. Something that we were not able to confirm at the time of the removal...we were told this was a family-owned business and that someone from the family would come in to do the removal. Neither of the men who showed up introduced themselves as part of the family... The men from JBH showed up on time (very polite guys), removed all the asbestos, and then brought us down to show the work they had done. We were supposed to bring in an independent contractor for air monitoring, but the people we reached out to never returned our calls (they'll get their OWN review on Angie's List). In all the craziness of our move, we forgot that we never actually booked an air monitering company. We called JBH the day of the scheduled removal to let them know about the situation and to see if we should reschedule - they ended up calling someone in on our behalf to do the monitering. Not the ideal scenario, but it was great that they did the extra legwork with practically no notice. We did have to call JBH ourselves to follow up on the air testing results, which was the one downside.

The work was very professionally completed. They arrived on time and completed the work as indicated in the estimate which was given before the work was done.

I first approached JBH from a listing on Angie's list. A friendly efficient person answered the phone and I made an appointment for an estimate. A rep came by and assessed the problem and gave me a price of 1500. I did have another estimate that came twice as much. I made an appointment for removal. I had to cancel and reschedule due to street paving on the day we arranged for. JBH called me back and rescheduling the removal appointment was very easy. The workers arrived on the day of removal on time. They tented parts of the basement with plastic. The work took a couple of hours. They coated the pipes with a paint to counter any moisture issues, vacuumed the basement with a hepa filter and gave me certification of asbestos removal. I was assured removal material would be properly disposed of. It was a very easy experience. Very responsive and efficient.

They were very prompt, they did a very thorough job. Their pricing was fair. They were very professional. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

We are a small realty company and this is our first need for asbestos abatement. We found JBH Environmental through Angie's list and they lived up to their past recommendations in full. Both the appraiser and workmen showed up on schedule and on time, explained their work before, followed the job order. They were client-friendly, experienced and efficient, and professional.

They were always on-time and responsive on the phone. They did their work quickly, but as far as I can tell, did it professionally and carefully.
