"When I was at your place, I told you exactly how much the testing would cost. You then told me to "go ahead because your grandmother was going to pay half of it anyway." We then did the testing and billed you for our services. After hearing nothing from you for 3 months, my company was forced to put a lien on your house because you never contacted us or returned our numerous calls, texts, and emails. We never spoke again since the day of testing. You never complained, you just didn't pay your bill. We have never had a bad review. Your review reflects badly on you and not our company. A company that has never had a complaint, or bad review, ever. You did not pay your bill and did not communicate with us at all. We had no choice but to put a lien on your house. Your grandmother paid the bill after 3 months, we then sent you the report. That is what happened, we did the job as you asked, you simply didn't want to pay for it."
