Best lead testing and removal specialists near Rye Brook, NY

"They were very professional. We had them test for lead in a multiple dwelling building. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the very confusing local laws of NYS, and the nuances of how we have to deal with the issues. They were on time, very thorough with their work, (very friendly, which counts), and seemed to very much care about the quality of their work. They were fair and reasonable with their rates."

"I had many questions about the testing process and the follow-up. Mike answered them all with patience."

"Dennis performed a lead inspection for us and he was fantastic. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, he walked us through everything he saw and what he thought. Iâ d highly recommend him to anyone needing a lead inspection!"

"Vernon responded immediately (in the evening) to the Home Advisor inquiry and he was available for lead paint testing and provided a report quickly for a city building permit. I hired him again for follow-up asbestos testing. I am thankful for his responsiveness (the permit process has been challenging) and feel confident that he is advising me on what is needed and not creating extra or unneeded work. Highly recommend."

"BP Alliance was very professional and insightful in doing what was required by the city in a lead abatement. Mr. Booker answered questions and concerns in ways I could understand a support. Having a personal meeting with all the major parties allowed for a smooth preparation, abatement and re-entry into the space. All the inspections, test and follow through with the city were arranged and done in a timely fashion."
